Canceling Your Move

Our cancellation policy is as follows: 

Cancellations made 3 or more days from your move date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 2 days, will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made on your move day, receive a 20% refund.

When you book your move day with us, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other customers. Out of respect, please, reach out to your move day coordinator, at customercare@movedayhelp.com, as soon as you know that your circumstances have changed. Thank you, for helping things along!
